Story so far

Passage 4 was formed in 1991 in Arboga, Sweden. In the beginning we where 5 members; Björn on Vocals, Åhlander on Guitar, Robin on Guitar, Carla on Bass and Jocke on Drums. We had some gigs after we've released our first demotape, Baggy Sucks, and the interest in our music began to spread. We put some songs out on different compilations and signed a deal with Wounded Records. At that time we decided to go forward with another vocalist, Daniel, who sang on the first EP, Something to start with. The song Team went on Swedish Television and the interest in Passage 4 grew. We where seen in magazines, on TV and things started to take off. The second release on Wounded was the album World Circus. Now things started to move around. Festivals, tours and gigs. Passage 4 was a name in the scene and we where moving up in the world, when it suddenly collapsed. Our European tour was cancelled because the gig posters never arrived to the venues we where playing. No one knew we where coming. Things had been bad inside the band as well, arguments about money, what kind of songs we should play etc slowly turned us against each other. In 1997 we broke up the band.

There has always been people that want us to come back together and we've talked about it over the years. But there wasn't until 2019 we got our shit together and started to make songs again. A different line-up this time, Carla decided not to be a part of the band this time around.

Passage 4 without a bass player.

We put out some songs on Spotify that we enjoyed playing but maybe not was molded in the Passage 4 form. La Agonia De Vivir got in touch and we struck a deal on releasing World Circus on vinyl. After that we wanted to write songs that sounded like Passage 4. The band with the emo-nerve, indiepop melodies and fast driven punkrocksongs from the nineties. In a 2020 suit. Tailored, with invisible stitches and extremely exotic fabrics.

With a new deal with the label People of Punkrock Records we give you A Molotov Cocktail Blues.

Album available from the 25th of March.

The only suit you wanna wear this year.
